After my dissertation is all finished, I have a growing list of books and topics to explore that I currently just don’t have time for. One of these is a growing area of scholarly inquiry known as food studies. Food is so everyday that we don’t think about it very often, and we don’t realize how much it influences every single thing. More on all of this later. So far I have written one article related to food studies specially, “Priorities: Money and Poverty, Michelle Obama, Food Deserts, and Geography.” I have also shared my recipe for salsa and grilled chicken.
